I agree, even though it hasn't made a huge differance in our market because we were so active the last three years helping people get into the market (thereby breaking one of the requirments of tax rebate) it has gotten people out "kicking tires" again, and that is a great thing!

stop begging..............it will not be extended.............the cost does not support the results and congress and the treasury know this......
